By participating in the CHAOSS -Community Health Analytics for OSS- community and giving (disclaimer: commercial) advise in Bitergia in the OSPO field, Daniel has had the opportunity to meet different organizations willing to understand the impact and ROI of participating in the open.  From a C- level perspective, the usual question on the table is about the value of working in the open and the value of having an OSPO. While those running the OSPO fully understand the value of working in the open, they may need to prove that value to upper management and look for the sustainability of the OSPO itself.   The TODO group, and other OSPO-related initiatives are great places to discuss about this, and bring some light to this discussion. There are indeed great guidelines focused on the topic [1]. However, there are still gaps in the discussion of measuring this "value".  This talk aims at fostering discussion on the topic of measuring OSPO success by building on top of existing guidelines, and bringing to the audience other experiences, points of view, and lessons learned.  Main audience takeaways: * Review of existing guidelines * What does it mean value for OSPO? * How to measure your OSPO success * Tools and methods    [1] https://todogroup.org/guides
